What we noticed
When Vea moved house, she brought along a safety plug she’d been told to use with her washing machine. She’d known about the surge protection when she bought the house, but it hadn’t really sunk in until that moment. Seeing it explained on the visit, she now knows what’s already protecting her and feels more confident in the home around her. Vea now uses Basis to control the things she used to worry about leaving on. Her heat pump, her heated towel rail and her hot water are all a tap away on her phone. Now she can switch the heat pump on before she gets home, or turn it off without getting out of bed when she remembers she’s left it running. No second trip down the hall, no nagging doubt once she’s out the door.
