Multiple properties and custom circuit labels
This release lets you keep more than one property in the app, name your circuits exactly how you think of them, and see your daily charge counted in your costs.

Multiple properties
If you have more than one home with a Basis smart panel, you can now keep them all in the one app and switch between them.
- Open the app and go to Settings → Property details
- Tap the + icon button to Add a property
- Connect to the panel through the regular connection flow
- When asked, choose to set it up as a new property rather than adding the panel to your current one
Once it's set up, switch between properties by tapping the property menu in the home screen header.
Note: Each property keeps its own address, ICP or NMI, panels, and insights. Adding a panel to an existing property still works exactly as before.
Custom circuit labels
Name your circuits however it makes sense to you in your house, and it carries across the whole app.
- Navigate to the circuit overview via Control of the circuit you want to rename
- Tap the Edit circuit icon button
- Tap Circuit label row
- Rename the circuit

Note: You can always go back to the default label set by your electrician during installation by tapping on the Use default label button.
Insights improvements
Insights custom date ranges
You can now select a custom period to view in Insights using the date picker. Choose a start and end date spanning up to 60 days to see your total usage for that exact period. This is useful for checking a billing period, a holiday, or the month you ran the heat pump.
Daily charges in costs
Your daily charge — the fixed amount your retailer bills you each day regardless of what you use — is now included in your cost totals, scaled to whichever period you're viewing.
Tap the total to see the breakdown: what you spent on the energy you used, and what came from the daily charge. It's the clearest picture yet of where your bill actually comes from.
