Working with Basis has been a very positive experience. We had a Basis smart board installed into our existing home, and the team were incredibly supportive throughout the process. The concierge service was great for us as occupants, and the Basis team was also proactive in working alongside our electrician and solar installer to get everything set up properly. Having electricians trained and approved by Basis makes it easier for the home owner.
